In the communities we serve, there are multiple risk factors that attempt to keep individuals and families in a cycle of dependency and impoverishment unable to afford the basic necessities of life. The mission of our founder, the late Eileen Hardware, was to provide programs, resources, and services which would enrich, empower and improve lives.

Our community upliftment & partnership approach to her vision centers on people within our community working together with local agencies & organizations to find solution to some of the problems facings our families, neighborhoods, and communities. This means coming together to promote the “capacity” of local communities to develop, implement, and sustain their own solutions to problems in a way that helps them shape their physical, economic, and cultural environment.
